Mary Ann Hebert
2011 State REALTOR® of the Year
Mary Ann Hebert became a REALTOR® in 1985 and has been a Broker-Partner of Bannon & Hebert Properties LLC in Middlebury, Conn., since 1996. She is a former president of the Greater Waterbury Board of REALTORS®, where she has served as a director for many years. She was named REALTOR® of the Year for 2008 for the Greater Waterbury Board of REALTORS® and received the President's Choice Award in 2005. Mary Ann Hebert was elected president of CTMLS in 2008, after serving as a founding director of the organization and chair of the 2007 Nominating Committee. Mary Ann is also a member of the Connecticut Association of REALTORS® Finance, Legislative and Political Affairs committees and a past member of the association's Professional Standards and Risk Reduction committees. She has been a CAR director for the past several years. She is a past President and founding member of Woman's Council of REALTORS® Laurel Chapter.

She holds the designations of Certified Residential Broker (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate REALTORS® Institute (GRI), and Professional Standards Certified Specialist (PSCS) as well as (SRES) Senior Real Estate Specialist. The CRB, CRS and GRI's signify advanced knowledge in the field, SRES showcases training in serving the needs of clients over the age of 50, and the PSCS designation focuses on maintaining professional standards.

In 2006, Mary Ann won the Jackie Carrol Visionary Award for support and sponsorship of Waterbury Youth Services. She and her husband Ken Hebert have three daughters, Lindsay, Shannon and Brittany, and one granddaughter, Ashlin.
