• CAR's education programs provide educational opportunities which allow members to learn along side their peers while gaining knowledge and enhancing the skills needed to become leaders in the field of Real estate. CAR partners with local boards/associations to bring designation programs to members in the most convenient and effective opportunity for education right in their own backyard. • The GRI Designation Program is offered in a three-part series format which allows members to work toward their GRI designation in convenient blocks of time. In addition to GRI, CAR sponsors a variety of designation classes geared for brokers and agents in a variety of special interest areas including, green education, market niche specialties, and broker/salesperson education.
  
  
• Another important service offered by CAR is our online education classes. These courses were selected to meet mandatory licensing requirements, NAR Ethics requirement, and provide a broad array of courses/designations that engage the realtor and expand their knowledge. Online education can be completed in the privacy of your home or office and complete at your own pace.
  
  
• Each renewal year, CAR holds a (CE) Continuing Education Day. This biennial program is held in conjunction with the CAR's Annual Leadership Conference. CE Day offers REALTOR® members the ability to fulfill their mandatory continuing education requirements for license renewal while networking with their fellow REALTORS®.
