- Pass each exam/Series with a grade of 70% or higher.
- Maintain your REALTOR® membership.

To earn your GRI designation, you must:
- Complete all 3 Series (90 hours) of classroom time.
- Pass each exam/Series with a grade of 70% or higher.
- Maintain your REALTOR® membership.
- No additional dues or fees are required to maintain the GRI Designation.
*This program meets the minimum requirements as set forth by Connecticut's Real Estate Commission.
Each GRI Series is approved for 30 hours Broker Pre-licensing credit and satisfies the 9 hours of elective-CE credit required for Salespersons & Brokers license renewal.
By taking the GRI-3 series you also earn NAR's At Home With Diversity-One America Certification
The GRI Designation also counts as credit towards the CIPS & CRS Designations.
