Beth A. Mecteau
Director of Executive and Foundation Programs
Beth is responsible for organizational governance including the annual calendar, Executive Department budget and serves as staff liaison to governance-related committees such as Nominating, NAR Director Selection, Strategic Planning, Past Presidents Advisory, BOD Appeals and Association Executives. She plans and implements training, programs, services, special functions and events of the Executive Department such as broker-owner meetings, leadership identification/training and Board President/President-elect meetings. She also manages CTR’s member benefits program as well as New England REALTORS® Committee functions on the state level. Beth serves as the Director for the CAR Foundation including overall management of the Gates Scholarship program and Foundation fundraising activities.
Executive Programs Planner
Alison coordinates a variety of CTR’s Executive Department programs, meetings and events including Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Association Executives Committee, CT Night Out, the annual CTR Leadership Conference as well as NAR and New England REALTORS® Committee related projects/programs. She also provides support to the elected leadership team and reports to CTR’s Chief Executive Officer.
