
Breunich is President and Chief Executive Officer of William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty and Litchfield Hills Sotheby's International Realty in Connecticut and Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty in New York. He is a certified public accountant and licensed real estate broker in Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Paul previously served as the firm's chief financial officer from 1988 to August 1997. In 1997 he was named to his current role.
Paul led William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty through its most explosive growth cycle: the opening of 12 new offices, expansion into the Shoreline market, the introduction of the pineapple brand, securing the Sotheby's International Realty® affiliation for Connecticut and bringing in Building and Land Technology as an equity partner to position the company for future growth. In October 2009, William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty acquired 6 NRT offices in Westchester County, New York and Litchfield County, Connecticut.
Paul has served as treasurer of Fairfield County's Consolidated Multiple Listing Service, and has spent several terms on the executive committee of the Connecticut Association of REALTORS®. He was treasurer of the CTMLS in 2009 and 2010. Previous he served as Vice President at Large for Large Firms in 2009.
Paul has a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Connecticut.
