Lantz, a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Premier REALTORS® in West Hartford. He has served on the CAR Board of Directors since 2002, and on multiple committees at the Greater Hartford Association including in the legal and member services area. He also serves as an RPAC Trustee.

He is the Past President of West Hartford Civitan, Present Treasurer Sundown Ski Patrol, Past Member of Emanuel Lutheran Church Council, 25 year member of the Celebrate West Hartford Committee.
