Lydem has been a REALTOR® since September 2000. She is the Owner/Broker of Stone Crest Realty, located in Thomaston, CT. Bethany currently serves as a volunteer on the Litchfield Board of REALTORS® Telephone Committee and the Risk Reduction Committee.

Prior to entering into the real estate profession full-time, Bethany worked for 15 years at one of Connecticut's largest corporation's full-time as a Senior Information Technology Business Analyst.

Bethany holds a degree in Business Management and lives in Thomaston with her husband and son Dakota. Her oldest son, Mitch is currently serving in the United States Army.
