In accordance with state regulations, each school must be approved by the Connecticut Real Estate Appraisal Commission to offer courses and then specific course offerings at these institutions must be approved on an individual basis. It is the responsibility of the institution to inform students which specific courses have been approved for licensing and/or continuing education by the Connecticut Real Estate Appraisal Commission.
